My name is Robin Murray and I have been with the Teacher Professional Development Department for over 7 years. I started as a substitute teacher in 1993, joined the staff of Pineville Elementary as a teacher assistant later that year and continued in that role at the old Sterling Elementary school in 1996. In 2000, I transferred to Kennedy Middle school as a 10 month secretary in the front office and advanced to Sr. Administrative Secretary there in 2002. I left Kennedy in October of 2006 to take the position I currently have at the Professional Development Center.
Here at the Professional Development Center I am responsible for maintaining the building, reserving classrooms, answering the MyPD help desk email and phone, equipment inventory, front office reception and customer service. I also work with our staff providing support wherever needed.
As a CMS parent, I had 5 children graduate from this school system (the youngest was the class of 2002). I love our schools and central office and have enjoyed all of the positions I have held.

When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, photography, scrap booking, flower gardening, friends, family and grandchildren!
